This information text will be deemed to have been notified to you if the website is used. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA IN THE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT This Information Text has been prepared to inform and enlighten you transparently about how your Personal Data is collected, the purposes and legal reasons for Personal Data processing, principles regarding the transfer of personal data, and your rights as the data subject in relation to the use of the website and the use of personal data obtained from data subjects and/or third parties during the use of the internet site owned and managed by the Company ("Site") in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION IN THE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT Your Personal Data is collected by the Company within the scope foreseen by KVKK, by means of channels such as communication forms on websites, website visits, website basket records, and forms related to website shopping transactions, in accordance with the basic principles specified by electronic means through cookies based on a legal reason directed to the legitimate interests of the Company. The collected personal data can also be processed for the purposes specified in this Cookie Information Text within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROCESSING OF DATA IN THE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT AND TO WHOM THIS INFORMATION IS TRANSFERRED Authorized persons have access to records recorded and stored in digital media. Records recorded and stored in digital media are shared with judicial authorities, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, banks, analysis companies, advertising companies, and affiliate companies as specified in Article 8, in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the laws. Information obtained through data processing in the online environment is stored by the Company within the time periods specified in Article 8.

Data subjects are responsible for ensuring that the personal data they share with the Company is accurate, complete, and up to date, and for ensuring that personal data belonging to other persons is collected in a valid and legal manner if personal data belonging to other persons is shared. The data subject is obliged to inform other persons whose personal data has been shared with the Company about the content of this Notification and to obtain their consent for the use of their personal data by the Company as specified in this Notification. Data Subjects within the scope of KVKK and related legislation;

· Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, 

· To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, 

· To request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the processing of personal data unlawfully, As Data Subjects, you can send your request, which includes your rights, to the Company in writing and signed, by hand, by mail, or through a notary public, along with documents that identify and address you, in a clear, comprehensible, and agreed manner, and with the documents that identify and address you. · Your T.C. identity number, nationality if you are a foreigner, passport number if any, or your identity number if any,

· The subject of your request, It is mandatory to include the information and documents related to the subject if available. If you submit your requests to the Company as specified above, the Company will conclude the request as soon as possible, at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
